Tim is totally awesome. I have reached out to Rocket many times for a HELOC and no one could help me. I ended up with a very high interest rate loan (17% ish) from someone else. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. I was on vacation and missing deadlines and had no internet but I just called him and he made it all happen. He's fun to talk to also which made it not seem like a business transaction. It seemed like talking to a buddy. I think I was talking to a buddy! Tim is awesome, or as the kids say DOPE!Read MoreRead Less

Lisa Coleman helped use get a great home that is a jewel amongst homes in the $200K range in Northern Kentucky. Her assistance helped the closing to succeed even when the appraisal came in low. She's tremendous at being diligent, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. She's one I'll want to use again in the future if we ever buy a new (used) home again.

Ali is wonderful. Walked us through the entire process. He answered our questions and was helpful to us in many other ways. I guess I got Ali through luck of the draw, but I will recommend him to anyone.
