Listing a condo in Pensacola, FL and uprooting 350 miles away to Jacksonville can be stressful enough on its own. Listing a condo in Pensacola, FL and uprooting 350 miles away to Jacksonville can be stressful enough on its own. Add in employment changes and that makes the process entertaining. Toss in an energetic Australian Sheppard and now you have a balancing act. Compressing this into a limited time window is a recipe for disaster. Having the house that you traversed the state to see and almost broke your body in the process of securing, fail the inspection. And, when you are at that critical intersection of time when you are permanently leaving one job and selling your home but if you do not have a home to move to, then you can not relate the start date to the new company. Furthermore, if you do not have a new job then should you leave your current? Insert Jacob's calm demeanor, the best real-estate agent ever, and a quick cry we regrouped and found a house!!
