For example, at the very start we needed a preapproval letter from Rocket to submit our initial offer by end of day, and Mitch was answering our calls at 1030pm to get it done in time.
Mitch was always a pleasure to talk to, as if I was calling a friend, and he took the time to get to know our family and delve into the house we were buying. (Mitch, come by for some bowling anytime!)
I have already referred one colleague to Mitch and will continue to do so any chance I get.
