Why would I give Justin a review? First I had Ali Alshara, then I had Justin, then Corrina Fisher, then Brian Duncan. Yes I know each has a different responsibilty. But shouldn't there be one point of contact. No wonder important communications were dropped along the way. Too many players, lack of communication between players. Asking for documents 3 different times. Oh Underwriting needs ...Why would I give Justin a review? First I had Ali Alshara, then I had Justin, then Corrina Fisher, then Brian Duncan. I called Rocket to inquire about refinancing my home and was transferred to Kate. After a 15 minute conversation I knew she was the right agent for me. She suggested options I was not aware of giving me more money in hand, even after paying off large debts. The complete process, except signing documents at closing for notary, was completed online and Kate walked me thru each process.
