When challenges came up specifically with the buildings appraised rental income Ryan was able to think creatively alongside us to see the vision of the property and helped us navigate the many little ways we could get our debt to income to where it needed to be. Through the whole process Ryan was in our corner and really was a huge part of why we were able to make this challenging deal go through.
