Jim was so much better than I expected from a loan expert. I immediately felt like he knew exactly what was gonna happen and what needed to be done and we kind of became friends in the process. We actually ended up making it more complicated for him than it needed to be and he was so gracious all the way through. Thanks Jim I wish I lived in Cleveland (town name changed to protect the innocent) ...Jim was so much better than I expected from a loan expert.
