The whole Rocket team was attentive and stayed in constant touch throughout the process. This was particularly notable since other participants in the process seem to think everything stops just because it’s July! Whenever anyone was out there was a responsible party assigned. Also Kyle advocated for me on rate negotiations as a long time Schwab client and owner of another Rocket mortgage.

Anna was marginal at best. She asked for same info multiple times after they were already submitted and for info not needed. She had us chasing our tails. Also, very poor communication skills. I would never use her again. Rocket Mortgage came highly recommended for a seamless experience and it was anything but. Respectfully , Wesley Worden
