My recent home purchase involved a very complex set of circumstances, but John found a way to make it work. He did everything possible—and pulled off one or two seemingly "impossible" feats—to keep the entire process easy and stress-free for me.

I jokingly told him that if he could actually make this deal happen, I’d have to name my next child after him.
