Chris was FANTASTIC! We'd give him MORE than 5 stars. He helped us navigate through what can be a confusing process, and worked closely with us to find the best plan to meet our particular needs. Any inquiries we made were addressed immediately. He even gave us his personal cell number (we took pity on him and never used it....).

Taryn hands down made my refinance process SIMPLE!

Taryn was not pushy at all like some of the other 'agents' I dealt with from other companies. She has a very soft approach.
Yet she gets ALOT done. I will be using Taryn in the future and will be recommending her to all my friends and family.

Peter tried to be very pleasant but made the process so much more difficult than it had to be. Seemed to just be concerned about "checking the boxes" rather than tailoring the process to the individual situation. I was a co-signer on this loan. I understood wanting the W-2's/paystubs. I am winding down my work as I ready for retirement. Of course this was going to show decreasing income.
