Debbie was responsive the first two weeks of my loan opening and then after that she was never available and was out of the office. It took over 70 days for my loan to close and because of her absence I had two reach out to multiple people and had to keep resubmitting documents. The loan closing firm provided more assistance in getting my loan closed than Debbie did.
