From the start Max was extremely helpful in explaining how the process will work, what to look out for, and made sure to listen to what we wanted to provide the best loan for our needs. He was always accessible and extremely responsive seemingly all hours of the day and on weekends, went to bat for us when he needed to and provided options when we were unsure of what direction to go. We had one house fall through after a long wait, but Max still stuck it out with us through a long 10 months! I cannot speak more highly about Max and how much he did for us.Read MoreRead Less

Alex definitely is the best agent to work with for lender services. His goes above and beyond! I personally had multiple conversations with him during his off hours as well, and he prioritized my needs over everything.

A truly wonderful experience working with Paula. I couldn't have asked for a better banker. Process was quick and efficient. She gave me a heads up on the required documents ahead of time allowing me to keep the process moving forward. Spelled out options for me and didn't apply any pressure. Thank you again Paula!

Thank you to Ryan for all your help throughout this process. I appreciate your time and efforts in getting my family and I to where we are now in our house journey. Ryan was very responsive, approachable, and supportive since we first made contact when we were shopping for rates. We are very happy with choosing Rocket Mortgage and working with Ryan who made this experience great. Thank you, Ryan!
