I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Sara, our Mortgage Loan Officer at Rocket Mortgage. From our very first conversation, she was an absolute rock star. From our very first conversation, she was an absolute rock star. She didn't just walk us through the process; she guided us the entire way, making what can be a confusing journey feel incredibly clear and manageable. We were on a time crunch, and although she didn't say it, I am confident she worked through the weekend to wrap it all up for us!

What really stood out was her proactive communication. She was always ahead of us, anticipating our questions and letting us know about new options Rocket Mortgage offered before we even thought to ask. It was this level of care and attention that made us feel completely supported and confident in our decisions.

Sara's professionalism and knowledge are truly top-notch. She was patient, thorough, and genuinely dedicated to helping us find the best solution for our needs. We are so grateful for her hard work and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to work with a loan expert who truly has their back. Thanks, Sara, for being so amazing!Read MoreRead Less

Jacob really went above and beyond for my family. He has been nothing but professional, responsive, and knowledgeable through out this whole process. Buying & selling a home is already stressful enough, but to have someone by your side, fighting for you, and taking their time to explain every detail is a breath of fresh air. I am so very thankful for Jacob!

Best experience I have ever had with a mortgage loan. Clearly described my options and gave me all information so I could pick the best one for my situation. Open communication throughout and very easy to work with -- 5 stars is not enough.
