Nate took over our account for someone who went on leave. His follow up was terrible and he ignored phone calls. While the issue that occurred was not his fault he did not care to help us get it resolved. Ultimately we were able to get a hold of someone to help but we were not impressed with Nate giving us bad news and then failing to followup as he indicated he would.
