Words don't exist for how grateful my family is that this wonder-man stuck with us to bring us home. He got it done, and no matter who asks me about a house i will send them Brian's way.
He took the time to help me understand the things i didn't and it was a bumpy road with my qualifications, but this man plugged away till we came home.
Can't thank him enough.

Tim made a stressful task seem easy. I worked with a different lender for 3 months before finding Tim, he had us closed in less than 3 weeks, unheard of especially when you are self employed and have to gather all the required paperwork for such. Not only was Tim efficient and thorough but he was friendly and made the process seem so easy. Five stars only because there aren't more to give.
