I was considering a home equity loan and coincidently my phone rang, on the other end was Chase Flemming from Rocket Mortgage! Spent a lot of time explaining things to me, step by step. I am sure I was pushing him over the edge several times with my non-stop questions over the next several weeks, but this was all new to me. Title company had not rec'd funds by the time closing had begun. And I agree with other reviews that I had to work pretty hard for being an existing Rocket customer. I'm sure much of it is Rocket bureaucracy, but if Frank was working for me, it wasn't obvious.
