Very rude and pushy. Kyle thinks he know your finances better than you. Tries to prove you wrong. When he gets proven wrong he get's defensive. Not trustworthy whatsoever.

I found Raheem approachable to discuss items and questions. He is prepared, prompt and I found his answers were accurate. He was helpful filling out forms. In our situation, he did extra follow-up work in order to complete the transaction and obtain the loan.
