I won't be working with Rocket Mortgage again. When I started this process I told Kelly that I needed the loan to consolidate bills and use some of it for home renovation. I was told that was not a problem. It was AFTER I filed all paperwork and paid for the appraisal that I was told they would not give me the loan until AFTER I finished all renovations. Kinda defeats the purpose. Then when I ...I won't be working with Rocket Mortgage again.
