I won't be working with Rocket Mortgage again. When I started this process I told Kelly that I needed the loan to consolidate bills and use some of it for home renovation. I was told that was not a problem. It was AFTER I filed all paperwork and paid for the appraisal that I was told they would not give me the loan until AFTER I finished all renovations. Can't say enough good about Jenna! Incredibly knowledgeable and amazingly efficient. I applied on a Friday and was approved by Tuesday of the next week! Great communication throughout the process. Would have closed within a week if the closing agent had an opening ... so it took 12 days to close - can you say "Rocket"?? Great job!
