Dustin was so very helpful with this process. He walked me through each process and was available whenever I had questions. His knowledge and follow up was spot on and helped me navigate the things he needed to make the process done very quick. When it was time for the team to become involved, they were stellar in assisting me with the home stretch. When it was time for the team to become involved, they were stellar in assisting me with the home stretch. Like Dustin, the team was available whenever I had questions. The final closing went through without any hiccups, and the final documentation was downloaded for me to print out. As promised, I received the funds in my account on the specified day.

Thank you Dustin and the Entire Rocket Mortgage Team!Read MoreRead Less

Working with Victoria was wonderful. From my first contact with her and throughout the entire process she was very professional. I told her what I was wanting to do and why. She explained my options and what I would need to do. She did not put any pressure on me to make a decision. I give Victoria all the credit for an amazing experience and would certainly recommend Victoria and the Rocket Mortgage team to anyone looking for a mortgage loan or home equity loan.
Thank you, Victoria for guiding me thru an amazing loan experience!Read MoreRead Less

Theresa was top notch!!! Professional, informative, and easy to work with. Quick to reply to any type of message. I had 17 years mortgage experience and she was knowledgeable and honest with options, rates and terms. I will definitely use her again, and will be referring everyone to her!!! She earned her 5 stars from me!!!!

If I could give Ali 10 stars I would!!! Because of his prompt responses, we were able to get the home of our dreams. We had traveled to Atlanta to see one home, then found another in a higher price range. But thanks to Ali picking up calls on a Saturday afternoon and getting us pre-qualified that evening, we were able to get an offer in on the hot property before it was sold to someone else.
