Tim was absolutely amazing!!! As a first time home buyer, I was nervous and practically clueless about what to expect. However, Tim was the perfect combination of knowledgeable,patient and understanding. He went above and beyond to answer my questions(even answering texts after hours and on the weekends). My mortgage seemed to move at an impossible speed. I finished all the requested documents as soon as I could and I still never found myself waiting on Rocket, Samantha or any of the staff. There was a prolonged "validating insurance coverage" stage that I never got any ganularity on despite reaching out to both Rocket and the insurance company but it completed in due course without any ...My mortgage seemed to move at an impossible speed.
