My 1st loan expert with Rocket was on leave, I had questions he was out so he out me in touch with Frank as his out of office was not licensed to deal with Ohio loans. It's truly a blessing they put me in touch with Frank as he was helpful, knowledgeable, always able to calm my fears throughout the mortgage process. Thank you Frank the process was lengthy but your patience is greatly appreciated.
