Allen is Fantastic. I used him to refinance my home a few years ago; when it was time to purchase a new home he is the only one I wanted to work with. Allen is responsive, proactively contacted me if he didn't hear from me for a couple weeks. Allen got the business done, but he didn't make it feel like a business transaction. It was like speaking to a friend and we just happened to be getting the ...Allen is Fantastic. I found Max to be very familiar with the product, professional and adept about the loan I was pursuing, patient with my inabilities, willing to do whatever it took to explain and make sure I understood. I didn't make it easy for him at times but he NEVER made me feel dense or brainless. Like a good teacher, he helped me by thinking of other ways to explain things ...If I could add stars, I would!
