I had worked with Rocket Mortgage in the past and enjoyed excellent service. I contacted the company about getting a loan in some form (HELOC vs mortgage) to get partial cash out loan against our fully paid for home. Once again, Rocket Mortgage company did an efficient job of gathering information through online service. But, equally important was the personal, informed, professional one-on-one help from David Alton. A great company needs great people. Rocket Mortgage has one with David Alton. No… not nearly. Natalie reached out on a cold call to tell me about fha refi loans. I was skeptical and pushed her off a bit and she was pleasantly committed to helping.

A few days later I had a rate in front of me .75% lower than my current company. They wouldn’t even match.

Rocket crushed it every step of the way.
