There was some family health issues that came up and was slowing up the process but Renee was very compassionate and patient. When we were ready to proceed everything worked out perfectly.

Where to start. Amazing guy, after spending 5 months trying to get it done by pennymac he step in and said he'll get it done for me and did he delivered. I was in the process of being evicted after my mom's passing. Brother wanted to sell and split money. He was a phone call away all the time. Walked me through this and it was my 1st home purchase. Full process took 30-45 days and we had holidays ...Where to start. Stu and Rocket Mortgage were excellent--pretty much always available whenever I had a question or issue. They were very understanding when I was called by the folks who evaluated my property and I hesitated to confirm my information since I did not call them first and they gave me the address that was on my tax bill which is different from my postal mailing address. Since my tax info is public information and anyone access it, I was concerned this might be a scammers, but the Rocket team called me from a verified number and confirmed THEIR identity so I knew that the guy who was calling was legit.
