I had been putting off applying for a second mortgage, I didn't like the thought of all the paperwork, then I contacted Charlene. She was very helpful and easy to work with, seemed like I had everything completed in no time! She made everything so easy and was extremely easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. I HIGHLY recommend Charlene for all your mortgage needs.
