Taylor is very knowledgeable and worked with me to get the most out the funds I had available to ensure I got a good rate and monthly payments.

Whew! It all started with a clarification on my current mortgage. The person I spoke with asked, "Anything else I can help you with today?" Being sarcastic I replied, "Yeah, get me a better mortgage rate". Next thing you know I get hooked up with Vernon. After a few exchanges I just said "Look this started as a flip retort on my part I'm not ready" . He professionally understood, I apologized for ...Whew! It all started with a clarification on my current mortgage. The person I spoke with asked, "Anything else I can help you with today?" Being sarcastic I replied, "Yeah, get me a better mortgage rate". Next thing you know I get hooked up with Vernon. After a few exchanges I just said "Look this started as a flip retort on my part I'm not ready" . He professionally understood, I apologized for wasting his time. BUT then, I was ambushed by several other bankers for Rocket and it was really ticking me off. I finally complained and asked to speak with Vernon. I was going to let him have an earful, but you know what? He was cool and calm, polite and understanding. As the conversation progressed and I was defused, we came to some common ground of what he and Rocket COULD do for me. Well, I closed on a refi the other day, smooth as silk.
