Gwyneth, and the whole Rocket Mortgage team, are excellent! We have purchased and refinanced several homes and have never had one go as smoothly as this one. Gwyneth does things differently. When we first talked with her she stayed on the phone with us while I uploaded all the required documents to our new portal. She answered all our questions as we went along and by the time we were off the ...Gwyneth, and the whole Rocket Mortgage team, are excellent! We have purchased and refinanced several homes and have never had one go as smoothly as this one. Gwyneth does things differently. When we first talked with her she stayed on the phone with us while I uploaded all the required documents to our new portal. She answered all our questions as we went along and by the time we were off the phone we had the application in process, most of our documents uploaded and we knew the likely terms of the loan we would be getting. Other questions did later arise and Gwyneth was always prompt in getting back to us with answers. When she was out of the office she saw to it that anything that came up would be handled properly by one of her associates. It was less than 4 weeks ago that we first started the application, and today our loan has been closed. We have never had a transaction go so smoothly or efficiently.
