There are not enough accolades possible to describe Dustin Geibig as a professional mortgage broker and friend. Dustin is extremely professional, knowledgeable, personable and friendly, always looking out for my nest interests. I first started working with Dustin somewhere around 2000-01 on a mortgage. We instantly hit it off, not only as a client and customer, but also established a friendship that has continued to date. I have done several mortgages through Dustin, as well as some referrals, throughout the years and he has always done everything possible to get me the best rates and the best product available to meet my needs. Things are always done in a fast efficient manner in a very professional, but friendly, manner. There is always constant communication as needed to settle my loan, informing me of all necessary documents needed and to keep my “to do tasks” progressing and getting a quick closing date.
As far as the closing, it was amazing. I contacted Dustin on December 18th to get the mortgage process started, I was informed I was tentatively approved pending an appraisal. The appraisal company had a representative here on December 27th, remembering that Christmas is a remarkably busy season business and personal wise, makes this an incredibly fast action and we closed on December 31st. The closing, due to technology, was completed in 10 minutes. Both the appraiser and closing agent were very professional, knowledgeable and personable making the entire process easy and enjoyable.
Again, there are not enough accolades to describe the business relationship and friendship Dustin and I have developed over the years. If I owned a business Dustin would be my top candidate to hire for the most prestigious position.

My biggest concern was having my mortgage sold and the new policies at a new mortgage company. I expressed that’s why I was looking elsewhere and was assured Rocket would not sell my loan. I know Mark doesn’t have much to do with what the company does with all the loans, however, I believed his word and it already came back to hurt me.
