I work long hours, all weekdays and Melissa gave me her time, after 8:30 PM late evenings to speak with me. She was extremely patient to explain every detail of the loan estimates not once, even repeatedly till I was comfortable to understand what I am getting into. After much discussions, I went with another lender, however Rocket came up with a weekend sales program offering better deals, she ...I work long hours, all weekdays and Melissa gave me her time, after 8:30 PM late evenings to speak with me. She was extremely patient to explain every detail of the loan estimates not once, even repeatedly till I was comfortable to understand what I am getting into. After much discussions, I went with another lender, however Rocket came up with a weekend sales program offering better deals, she drove more than 35 miles on a Saturday evening to meet my wife and me, explain the benefits and got us a good rate.
