My experience with Dimitry has been just who I needed to help me with my refinance. Not only was he knowledgeable in his work, he also had compassion with me and for me since my husbands passing. He never made me feel like I was pestering him when I would call him, which was very often. He was along with me through this whole process and I cannot thank him enough. It couldnt be very easy for him ...My experience with Dimitry has been just who I needed to help me with my refinance. He never made me feel like I was pestering him when I would call him, which was very often. He was along with me through this whole process and I cannot thank him enough. It couldnt be very easy for him to listen to my crying on the phone periodically. What a caring soul he has for people. I am very thankful and blessed that he was the person that handled my loan. He deserves a nice dinner on your company.Read MoreRead Less

Trish was an absolute pleasure to work with. Never once did I have a question or concern that she wasn’t able to resolve. Trish, thank you very much for all the hard work that you put in to help us through this process.

Thank you Matt for assisting me with my credit score. You are a true asset to your company. Thank you for keeping me updated every step of the way. It really puts a person nerves at ease knowing that someone is working for you. You should wear a cape. Thank you again!

Nikki is the most AMAZING person!! Her knowledge in the market is incredible and she takes your best interest at heart. We have used her for 2 mortgages now and will continue to do refinancing as the market changes with her!! Nikki is our person when we think about mortgages!!!

Mike answered all of our questions and he was excellent to work with. This is the second time we have used Rocket Mortgage and both times they have been outstanding.
