Nick was absolutely amazing. He was able to accomplish a resolution to a major obstacle that was preventing our progress towards closing the loan. We started this process in the beginning of June and we expected things to go as smoothly as our last refinance but that wasn’t the case. My original loan officer (in our opinion) didn’t handle issues thoroughly. As a result, finalization of our loan ...Nick was absolutely amazing. He was able to accomplish a resolution to a major obstacle that was preventing our progress towards closing the loan. We started this process in the beginning of June and we expected things to go as smoothly as our last refinance but that wasn’t the case. My original loan officer (in our opinion) didn’t handle issues thoroughly. As a result, finalization of our loan was was dragged out and our interest rate increased.
