One thing I especially appreciated was how prompt and accommodating he was whenever we needed an updated preapproval amount—and ours changed more than a few times! Aaron seems to be a good, smart, honest person. But...
I refinanced a Rocket loan this summer. Aaron put together a good package and the loan was approved July 7th. Then nothing for 3 weeks, pushing the closing nearer the July 31st interest rate lock deadline. The new mortgage actually closed on July 31.
In the first week of August, I had to unexpectedly pay over $2,000 against the old mortgage...Aaron seems to be a good, smart, honest person. But...
I refinanced a Rocket loan this summer. Aaron put together a good package and the loan was approved July 7th. Then nothing for 3 weeks, pushing the closing nearer the July 31st interest rate lock deadline. The new mortgage actually closed on July 31.
In the first week of August, I had to unexpectedly pay over $2,000 against the old mortgage and 4 other loans.
I'm working on recovering the $2,000 I paid into accounts that should have been paid off.

If you want a lender who can truly get the deal done, Melissa is the one! I’ve worked with her on some incredibly challenging transactions, and somehow, she always finds a solution. I received a random call and assumed it was more spam or election nonsense. Little did I know, this woman was going to help me lift so much weight from my shoulders. She was amazing. Very relatable and friendly. One of the nicest people I've ever spoken to over the phone. She was fantastic at her job and remembered me everytime we spoke and NEVER pushy. I genuinely felt like she wanted to help me...I received a random call and assumed it was more spam or election nonsense.
