But Elisa reached out to me out of no where and I took that as sign from God to go with this company and I'm so happy I did. Great customer service and people skills (as my dad would say). Very professional and caring and in today's world that's so important to have. She was with me throughout this entire process even when she turned me over to the closing team. She was still there in the background making sure I was okay with everything and that I understood every process. And to me that's what I call Excellent Customer Service. I'm forever grateful.
