I made it plain to him that I did not want to buy points. He told me the closing would be $8k. He was a good salesman but not very honest. In the end, he had me buying a half point and it cost $15k.

During no point through the process were we told that Rocket does not directly wire creditors debt payments for our HELOC. Instead, they mail checks that we have to then mail to our lenders. By the time is ancient process is completed, it will cost us a thousand dollars in interest payments to our creditors. This is inexcusable and a slap in the face. I have worked with Justin twice and each time the experience was exceptional!!! He is very professional,but also very easy to talk with. It was like working with a brother instead of a loan officer. He takes time to explain things and just make them simple that a child could understand. I hope in the future if I need him again, he will be available!!!! Keep up the great work JUSTIN!!!!!!
