This is about my 5th review about Tracy and her performance regarding our most recent refinance loan. She is professional, effective, and all things savvy in customer service. She kept things moving along and was there for any questions we had, providing expert advice in a friendly manner. 5/5 is as good as it gets, and she earned each and everyone of them.
Thank you, Ma'am!

Micheal is a very awesome young man! I'm getting older and don't pick up on things quickly, but Micheal was incredibly patient! There isn't a question he couldn't answer. After we closed i looked at my wife and said, wow that went smoothly! Nothing like these conventional bankers! In fact I had contacted a local bank as well. By the time the loan officer got back to me, 3 days, Micheal pretty much had us accepted for a loan! When she did contact me of course she told me to watch out Rocket will tell one thing about disclosure and when you get to closing you will find out another. Not true! Anyway, Thank you Micheal and Rocket Mortgage for helping us! Kim and Karla ScheuermannRead MoreRead Less

Amazing responsiveness and service! After getting nowhere with my refinance over 3 months with another broker, Prince took over and did everything in under 3 weeks!

Craig was great to work with. He answered calls promptly and provided quick and relevant information. Craig called me proactively with potential issues. My transaction took months. In the meantime, my son found a house and Craig handled his purchase also!
