My wife and I had great conversation with Carlo regarding our plan to purchase property in California. He explained well the pros and cons of acquiring properties, it helped us a lot in deciding if we wanted to pursue our plan. Thank you Carlo, you are amazing!

Marc did a wonderful job working with us and made everything very easy to accomplish. I honestly wasn't quite sure up front if we were going to be able to make it work but Marc managed to find a way and now it's our job to work the rest of it out from here.

Ara was an asset during the mortgage process. Very educated in the different scenarios of rates and terms when it came to deciding what was the best avenue to take. I intend on working with Ara again on my next property.
