Jeannie was very helpful as I waffled for a year about when to buy and then sent me everything I needed when I jumped into the market. I do suggest banking with Charles Schwab when working with Rocket as you get a significant deduction on interest rates. The process was as stress free as buying a house can be -- I say as a first time home buyer.

I have worked with Matt twice in the last 6 months and he just continues to get better...if that's even possible!! Matt is very patient and very knowledgeable. He works constantly and he makes me feel like I'm his only client, which I know is not true but the level of attention to detail and response time is very, very exceptional.

Myles reacted very immaturely when I decided to change mortgage companies. He intentionally kept me from getting earnest money back out of spite when he could have easily resolved it. He the wrote a bad review on my realtor, again out of spite. Disgusted with Myles and rocket mortgage for this behavior.
