We really appreciated that he looked at the bigger picture with us.

There were a few tricky parts of our loan that needed some extra attention, and Joe was there every step of the way helping us work through them. He kept us updated, answered our questions, and made sure we understood what was happening throughout the process. We always felt like he was looking out for us and doing what he could to make things go smoothly.
