Nico was very nice and responded even during the weekend. However, I only went with Rocket Mortgage because I needed something fast. I only received one loan option and the rates and payment increased several times. The appraisal (set by Rocket Mortgage) was done incorrectly and undervalued the house by leaving off a full bathroom. When I notified both the appraiser and lender, nothing was done. ...Nico was very nice and responded even during the weekend. Raul is amazing!!! Would highly recommend him to anyone buying a home! He’s knowledgeable and honest and very helpful throughout the entire process. He made it easy! Wasted time on other companies before working with Raul. We were even able close early! 10/10 !
