Chris was AMAZING. First person I got wasn’t very helpful so I called back the next day and got Chris. He was very helpful. Answered all my questions even before the process was started. He explained things to me to make sure I understood what was going on. Even when an issue came up (NOTHING to do with Chris) he walked me through how to get it handled correctly. Roni was great to work with while we bought our house. He was knowledgeable and professional throughout. He explained to me the information they needed when I didn't understand and reached out to the realtor for information they needed from him instead of me having to get it. I was promised a discount up to 10k, if I used a Rocket Mortgage partner real estate agent. That then was reduced to 3k, shortly before closing because of a "mistake". Then the 3k discount was not reflected in the final closing costs. I complained but was given some ridiculous excuse that it was included in my rate lock but even though it is not reflected in any of my paperwork.
