What impressed us the most was his level of communication and transparency. He is extremely easy to talk to, very professional, patient, and never made us feel rushed or ignored.

Cass consistently worked toward finding the best possible solutions for us and went the extra mile to help us secure an excellent rate. You can genuinely tell that he cares more about helping people than simply closing a deal, and that made a huge difference in our experience. Because of him, what could have been a stressful process became much smoother and far less overwhelming.
