Sebastian did great. He really helped me get through the process, when it became frustrating. I had a problem with the underwriters wanting a foreclosure addendum, in regards to my solar system, because no way is our property going to foreclosed upon, and it costs me $100.00 to get a pdf from Spruce Solar. What I appreciated most was how genuine she was. She never sounded like she was reading from a script or giving me rehearsed answers. She was honest, straightforward, and always kept things real with me, which meant a lot during such an important process.

Jozi was incredibly knowledgeable and always made herself available. No matter when I had a question or needed advice, she responded and took the time to make sure I understood everything. I never felt like just another client—I felt like she genuinely cared about helping me succeed and making sure I made the best decisions.
