I was wary of using a large and highly-advertised mortgage company (i.e. Rocket) for an expedited home closing process--we had really only quoted them as a point of comparison to some local options, and were even warned about a prior experience.

However, Alex's communication, professionalism, and work ethic won me over, and I'm so glad we went with Rocket! Not only was the process extremely smooth,...I was wary of using a large and highly-advertised mortgage company (i.e. Rocket) for an expedited home closing process--we had really only quoted them as a point of comparison to some local options, and were even warned about a prior experience.

He was incredibly proactive and strategic in how he helped me package my application, and he walked me through at least four different paths I could take while breaking down the pros and cons of each with real clarity.

What stood out to me was how invested he was in helping me make the strongest, most confident decision for my situation. He anticipated questions I did not even know to ask, explained complex pieces of the process in a way that actually made sense, and made the entire experience feel far less overwhelming than it should have been. You can tell he genuinely cares about getting things right for his clients, and that level of thoughtfulness had a real impact on my peace of mind as I moved through a stressful milestone.
