Shane did a great job. He first told.me the rate I am eligible for over the phone. Once the offer was accepted he got me a pre-approval in 1 day and the whole loan approved in 15 days. Offer accepted Jan 1st. Closed Jan 21. And they had approved me by Jan 16th. Great service.
