Greta was absolutely amazing. She held my hand through the whole process. She explained everything to me clearly and in a way that made it impossible to not understand the entire process. Any problems that arouse She handled expeditiously. Extremely attentive to my needs. Her customer service skills are elite. My advice to Rocket Mortgage is she's a keeper do not let her get away.

The estimate provided to me which I relied on to choose Rocket Mortgage was inexcusably wrong. I have requested a line item detail of "Adjustments and Other Credits" from that estimate but am told that info isn't available. How convenient.

In the end, Adjustments and Other Credits was off by $9,318.96. This should be illegal. I feel like I have been to the sleaziest used car dealership in ...The estimate provided to me which I relied on to choose Rocket Mortgage was inexcusably wrong.
