the loan prcess always sets me on edge. It was like Jon could hear this in my voice. He was very adept at moving me through the process while keeping me more less calm for the whol ordeal. This had to be one of the least stressful loan prcess I have ever been through.
I highly recommend Jon as a Home loan expert for anyone who wants a calm experience.

I am not sure how we could have gotten through the refi process without the help of Jacob. Not being very computer savvy could have ruined the entire process, but Jacob patiently guided us through the process and ensured that we got things correct.
Other people might have given up, but Jacob worked tirelessly and we got everything done correctly!!!
