Wael made a good effort but the process was bogged down by the red tape that rocket has wrapped the process in. Just a couple examples: First, although this was supposed to be a home equity loan, I had to have a cosigner for a 50K loan (my son) even though I have about 500K of equity in my home and a credit rating of over 800. Then, after submitting my son;'s W2, there was a three or four week ...Wael made a good effort but the process was bogged down by the red tape that rocket has wrapped the process in. Then, after submitting my son;'s W2, there was a three or four week delay because his Amazon W2 was the wrong color. Not kidding! Finally, I have only one debt, a credit card bill of slightly over 4K that was the result of a recent need to buy a new 7K air conditioning unit. I pay my bills digitally, but of course Rocket insisted on giving me a check made out to the credit card bank that I have to now transmit to them. They couldn't just give me the money so I could effortlessly pay the bank. That would have been too easy. A very difficult process.Read MoreRead Less
