Derek was great! Very helpful and responsive. He work through a frustrating re-fi; none of which was his or our fault. We were dealing with a builder for project that was delayed and it caused several “bumps” that he and the Rocket team worked through expertly! Highly recommend Rocket Mortgage. The only “con” I can identify is that they rely on a “team” approach instead of one lead person and...Derek was great! Very helpful and responsive. The “team” added confusion as one issue caused five different people to call and ask the same question, until I got upset. Then they got everything straightened out.
