She took minutes to help figure the best loan option for me, that would have taken others days. I had tried another lender, who's employees had no idea about problem solving loan situations. When she answered the phone, it was under 10 minutes , we had a plan, and in the same phone call a preapproval, and it was the simplest closing I have ever see.
