I had some issues that were not Daylen's fault. First, I was charged points for 9+% interest rate which I think is way high for my 2th. I was told that, at closing, personal loans would be paid directly but the checks were sent to me directly which took me hours to find account nrs and addresses and then go to post office and now praying the post office does their job. Also my 1st due date is June 1st but when I tried to set up auto pay with bi-weekly payments, It tried to force me into 1st payment on May 4th which is two weeks after closing so I had to settle for monthly payments + 200 each month starting June. I still have some checks for min amount 30.00, 16.00 ect to go through the same routine for revolving credit cards. Almost not worth the effort to figure out where to send them. It would have been easier if they had just included it with my bank deposit. Also $180.00 for a credit check. I'm probably going to let the dust settle on this and refinance this 2th with a reasonable 5% loan in a few months.Read MoreRead Less

Dominic was good but not sure I would use Rocket again. Their process is disjointed, they issue paper checks instead of paying via ACH like other lenders so now I just incurred Fed-X charges to get the checks mailed to creditors. Just super messy.
