Andre was fine to deal the system and process was less than desirable. There were many times I would have to ask for updates and then the system would require things be signed that had been signed before 1 or times. Took too long, delays were met with excuses but the staff is friendly and I doubt much the technical issues are in the hands of the employees but it should be mentioned.
