Dan was spot-on with timing and communication - always super quick to respond and helped expedite the process in a super fast timeline. Highly recommended, thanks Dan!

Connor started out strong and worked hard to gain my trust and meet expectations. He was responsive and collaborative until we hit closing the loan. That took 3 weeks for really very little explained reason both from Connor and the underwriter. Incredibly disappointing and frustrating way to not only close on a straight forward finance but to end the stressful process of the transaction.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am writing to express my regret for earning anything less than 5 stars. I would never intend to leave any of my clients feeling this way. At Rocket Mortgage, we take great pride in delivering high quality service, in which we take our integrity very seriously. I am sorry if there was an opportunity where I could have better assisted you through any changes that took place. Please know I will be available if given the opportunity to re-earn your trust in the future.Read MoreRead Less

Taylor was fantastic and made the home buying experience amazing! He was quick to respond to any calls or texts (even outside normal working hours) and always made sure we were receiving the best mortgage rate. My mortgage application had a lot of moving parts, but Steven, Matt, and their amazing team made it possible to close in just about two weeks from start to finish. I honestly have no words other than perfect. Their system, their process, the speed, the accuracy—everything was just spot on. Is there such a thing as 10 stars? Because they truly deserve it.

Amraa was great! She was transparent and pointed out pros and cons of the options pertaining to my situation. I will definitely recommend using her expertise and I will be using her again in the future. Outstanding service
