Our closing with Rocket was going well up until the day of closing. Since everything was being done remotely, we were not aware we both needed to be present for the notary portion. Made it more time consuming to figure it all out under pressure. After all the trouble, our paperwork was lost after we completed the first closing and had to reschedule again. Nick was great. He put up with me when I got frustrated by all the hoops I had to jump through, and was extremely helpful when a loan I was not aware of was found on my credit report. It turns out that the original company was sold and changed its name, and I was never notified. Nick was able to help me navigate through all that and eventually got me to the end goal of obtaining my loan.
