I have much appreciation and respect for Brent's follow up game. I'm only an RM client due to Brent following up with me months later. I had plans to go elsewhere but with Brent's guidance and reminders, he sold me on RM and reigned me back in. Also he goes above and beyond to assist if anything arises of the unknown. Not sure if he hears it enough but his efforts are greatly appreciated!
