Eric was a real pleasure to work with. He was always available to answer questions, or guide us through different situations. He even answered a text on Memorial Day. I thought he would get back to me the next day, but he took time out of his holiday to answer me. Process was smooth and seamless, no stress was kept in the loop at all times. Even interacting with others on his team was a pleasure, yes pleasure. No nonsense, always on point, professional , courteous and very friendly. Rocket Mortgage was every thing my current mortgage company wasn’t.

Paige was wonderful Shannon unfortunately your title department could use some advice in following thru in a timely manner. She doesn’t stay on top of things and lets things ride until you call her several times
