My experience with Rocket to this point has been horrible. It took over 80 days to close a simple refinance. I will never work with Rocket, nor recommend them to anyone. While Angel was professional, there were so many issues that came up: Delays, doing paperwork over and over, poor communication with my land contract holder, the list is nearly endless. While Angel was professional, there were so many issues that came up: Delays, doing paperwork over and over, poor communication with my land contract holder, the list is nearly endless. I had to have everything escalated to Andrew to even get the closing done. Nothing but a headache from Rocket's end. Very poor communication between their departments.
